These terms explain how Odexly browser extensions, website services, support, and future paid plans may be used.

Who operates Odexly
Odexly is a product name. It is operated by Lê Hải Nam, a sole proprietor (individual seller). References to "Odexly," "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to this individual.
Products covered
These terms apply to the Odexly website, public Chrome extensions, PasteGuard preview information, documentation, support channels, and any future Pro, Lifetime, Monthly, or Team service that is clearly offered through Odexly.
License and ownership
Odexly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use available extensions for lawful personal or internal business workflows. You do not receive ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, design, or other intellectual property.
Acceptable use
You must not use Odexly products for spam, fraud, credential theft, malware, bypassing access controls, unlawful surveillance, scraping abuse, copyright infringement, or activity that violates law, website terms, browser platform rules, or third-party rights.
Free tools and roadmap plans
Current public products are free early versions or free utilities. Pro, Lifetime, Monthly, and Team labels marked Coming soon or Planned are roadmap descriptions, not active offers, guaranteed delivery dates, or commitments to a specific feature or price.
Checkout and merchant of record
When paid checkout becomes available, Paddle or another provider named during checkout may act as merchant of record or payment processor. The provider may collect payment, calculate applicable taxes, issue receipts, and handle parts of the buyer payment flow. Odexly remains responsible for the product, product support, and license functionality.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
One-time purchases do not renew. If recurring plans are introduced, renewal terms and cancellation controls will be shown before purchase. Eligible refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and may also require the order details used by the merchant of record.
Product changes and availability
Features, plan status, pricing, supported browsers, permissions, and Chrome Web Store availability may change. Browser updates, website changes, platform policy, or local device settings may affect operation.
Security and warranty disclaimer
Odexly products are provided as-is to the extent allowed by law. Security-related tools such as PasteGuard and Extendex are safety aids and do not guarantee detection, protection, compliance, or recovery. They do not replace backups, credential rotation, least-privilege access, or professional security review.
