These terms explain how Odexly browser extensions may be installed, used, licensed, and supported.
Last updated: June 1, 2026. These policies describe Odexly browser extensions and checkout support for digital products sold through Paddle.
Products covered
These terms apply to Odexly websites and Chrome extensions, including Ordex Snippets, NoteStackr, PageMine, Focus Ordex, Tab Ordex, and any related Pro features, documentation, checkout pages, and support channels.
License
Odexly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extensions for personal or internal business productivity according to the plan you selected. You do not receive ownership of the software, source code, branding, or intellectual property.
Acceptable use
You must not use Odexly products for spam, fraud, credential harvesting, scraping abuse, bypassing access controls, malware, copyright infringement, or activity that violates applicable laws, website terms, browser platform rules, or third-party rights.
Checkout and merchant of record
Paid purchases may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle is responsible for collecting payment details, calculating applicable taxes, issuing payment receipts where applicable, and handling parts of the buyer payment flow. Odexly remains responsible for the product, product support, and license functionality.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy. If Paddle processed the purchase, refund requests may need to be submitted through Paddle order support using the buyer email or order details.
Product changes
Features, pricing, supported browsers, and Chrome Web Store availability may change over time. We aim to keep changes reasonable and avoid removing core paid functionality without a practical replacement where possible.

Odexly products are provided for productivity and browser organization. They are provided as-is and may be affected by browser updates, website changes, Chrome Web Store policies, or local device settings.
