Refund Policy
This refund policy explains how customers can request help when an Odexly purchase is not the right fit or does not work as expected.
Last updated: June 1, 2026. These policies describe Odexly browser extensions and checkout support for digital products sold through Paddle.
Refund window
For first-time purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may also be considered where required by applicable consumer law, duplicate purchases, clear technical failure, or billing error.
How to request a refund
Contact support@odexly.com with your order email, product name, purchase date, and a short reason for the request. If your order was processed by Paddle, you may also request a refund through Paddle order support at paddle.net using the buyer email from your receipt.
What happens after approval
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on Paddle, the payment method, and the customer's bank or card provider.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be refused for repeated abuse, requests outside the stated window, purchases made for prohibited use, or cases where the product was used substantially and no technical or billing issue is shown, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Subscriptions
If recurring plans are added later, cancellation will stop future renewals but does not automatically refund past paid periods unless required by law or approved through support.
Chrome Web Store installs
Installing a free extension from the Chrome Web Store does not create a paid transaction. This policy applies to paid Pro purchases and paid digital product access.
